Overall, it's hard to recover from a bad entrée. It was fixed and brought to us, but with no apology at all and finally our server took our charge before we could even see our bill. It is one of our favorite places and usually the serve is top notch. Good lace but, was expensive. Prices at this place claim to be attractive. It's Ok to watch two mom's get drunk at the bar and allow their 5 kids to run around a bar.
Choose between indoor and outdoor seating. The front of store manager didn't seem to care about any of the customers and the rest of the staff, like a lot of restaurants, like to hang around the bar and talk. Cocktails and appetizers were very good love the crab cakes. North next door is far more child friendly. We sat in the bar as we always do. Makes for a not very nice experience.
The fabulous service is something these restaurateurs care about. Our waiter did a great job but a manager never walked the floor to see how things were. Neither of our steaks were cooked to the right temperature one was over done, the other under. . The Zomato rating system lets this spot get the rating of 4. What maid it so so were the steaks. A Saturday night and sat at the bar. Imagine a combination of great dishes and the cute staff, this is exactly what Firebirds Wood Fired Grill offers. Wine was good but over priced. Its a little pricey but you get what you pay for so it works out! Great lemonade, ice tea or coffee are among the tastiest drinks to try. My Colorado chicken salad was perfect. It wasn't that nice smokey wood grill smell at all.
The chicken pasta with cream sauce, applewood smokes bacon and tomatoes was literally the best thing in the world! When our food came out the potatoes were loaded and we wanted butter only. Absolutely a must have and I will absolutely be back again! Upon getting out of our vehicle in the parking lot we smelled a noxious sulphur rotten egg smell. I think the Dad's were more attentive to the kids than the Moms after a few beers. Nothing to write home about or to recommend for a anyone to go out for. The manager and owner both came up to make sure our meal was going well ontop of the server who checked on us often. What the heck does that even mean.
